Jiaochi II
A concealed roof envelope material that can be roll-formed in the factory or on site. The depth of its corrugation is crucial to the strength, durability and long-term performance of the building system; the increased depth of this profile provides strength against roof loads and wind uplift and reduces the number of roof purlins required, and its full functionality and cost-effectiveness make it widely used in all types of industrial buildings.
With a concealed connection support and snap-lock joints between panels, the seams are locked on site with an automatic, portable electric seaming machine or manual mechanical tools. The panel surface requires no perforation and no bolts are exposed, providing good waterproof and anti-corrosion performance.
Excellent sectional performance, high stiffness and strong resistance to negative pressure make it suitable for large-span, large-purlin-spacing workshops.
Flexible manufacturing — production can be carried out on the ground or in the air on site.
For roof insulation, polypropylene-faced glass wool can be laid inside the profiled panel to prevent heat loss caused by compression between the purlins and the glass wool, eliminating thermal bridges.
Thanks to its well-sealed structure, it reduces the moisture absorption rate of the glass wool, achieving the best lasting acoustic performance.
